Kenneth Village is a condominium style residential develoment on a quiet cul-de-sac with open spaces. The 8 dwelling units are privately nestled on a 6 acre wooded parcel. The entire perimeter of the land has a vegetated buffer from abutting properties. This particular project was the Town's first "Open Space" plan under their recently adopted by-law. Allen Engineering was able to leave 50% of the site in its naturally vegetated state & leave a historic granite foundation in its place.

Healthy Paws Veterinary Clinic is a new state of the art facility that recently opened in Westborough. Allen Engineering worked closely with the client and the Town of Westborough to achieve a beautiful Site Layout which fully complied with the zoning regulations.

Rockwood Meadows is an Open Space developent that caters to senior living. The 80 acre property houses 62 home sites that occupy roughly 20 acres. The remainder has been deeded open space with public walking trails and a community garden. In order to maintain the "rural character" of the road side land, Allen Engineering clustered the development over 1,000 feet away from the entrance drive.

Older homes are often in need of a new septic system. Typically a conventional leach field does not fit on smaller parcels. Allen Engineering has the flexibility and knowledge to design a new leach field using an alternative technology if the site's constraints require this option. Often times a smaller leach field will fit with an alternative technology where a conventional system would not.
